Year 6 WW2 Experience Day

Year six are currently thoroughly enjoying their history topic: World War Two.

They have spent this half term learning so many exciting things about the war including: Rationing, Evacuees, the Blitz, the Role of Women, and so much more.

To start off this topic, we were lucky enough to welcome a company called Past Productions, which allowed the children to spend a day in school learning a lot of things about the war from an expert. This day included the handling of genuine artefacts, and doing some role play activities all about propaganda. 

The children are having a fantastic time, and don't want this topic to end!
